AGAIN, the Patent office accepted all the payments, and decided upon the time limits for the patent, so that is where the late payments should be sent, even re-applying for the same patent in forfeit! You never mention where else a person should go to adopt the same Patent!

Then, why didn't CTRG and Mr. Krafty never mentioned the manufacturing process in conjunction with the CHS agreement with NDSU? Krafty went out there immediately, (Trade shows, Etc.,) and tried to contract some form of an agreement with Battery Co's and Automotive Co's? He had quite a few leads that he pursued, but they never got anywhere? Why? who knows for sure, but it made sense that CRTG never had the money to proceed with producing the stuff, so reneged on all his promises? Even during the NDSU agreement, the boys should have been producing the CHS material before they undertook a sales campaign which is what Kraft does best? What stopped all those promised agreements! They had the rights to Product manufacturing, why did the process collapse! It makes more sense it was crtg's problems, not the potential Licensees fault! All I heard in those days was; "The CHS is OUR product," but where did it go from there? Yes, a myriad of problems occurred which is natural in the Penny field, but the Investoprs need more from their CEO than just promises!
