You’re right. He most likely didn’t have the financing aspect 100% figured out, but it wouldn’t have mattered if he didn’t have such a sketchy past with dilution. That’s what has everybody on edge. I personally feel that the benefits of holding and accumulating here far outweigh the risks, given the nature of what could potentially transpire. Not to mention we are due for a a little news here. Maybe we hear about the IND’s next.
