I would think if Koos told us how the money will be raised, the price would shoot up (if it were good news). How much has the stock price dropped percentage-wise, since he told us about the $50 million deal?
Assuming it is not because of ongoing dilution, I would think it is because investors are nervous about next steps. This was certainly material news, and some additional color around the transaction would be a big help, IMO.
