One doesn’t go through the process of lending money and exercising a warrant with at least a year left in the life of a warrant if the intent is not to sell.

It’s much less risky not to convert if you are going to hold because if the pps goes below the strike price you don’t have to convert. But if you do convert and then don’t sell, you are accepting all the risk of downside price movement.

But folks can believe whatever they want I guess.
