Just so that it's clear. When shares become free trading on a certain date, that doesn't mean that they will BE TRADED on that date.
The owner has their option to trade or hold.
HMBL 52 wk. high today is $7.7200, and with all that is being put in motion, the owners of those shares will want as much as they can get for each share.
It is not likely, IMO, that they would want to take those shares and dump them A.S.A.P. on Dec. 3rd.
So for any fear on that subject, all I can say is
