Look…I get that a perhaps some shareholders may not like or entertain the idea that George is going to sell…as it obviously would not be a good thing.

However, when it walks, quacks and acts like a duck…it is usually a duck.

George is not going to tell you he going to sell. He will obfuscate and carefully choose his words to give the impression he is not…but still gives him deniability.

He has ALWAYS done that. We have seen it time and again…in fact in the two most consequential actions the company has taken. The RS and Pref B issuance.

He did disclose that a Corporate action was going to be approved…he just didn’t say what it was.

He did say the owners of Humbl LLC were going to get shares…he just didn’t say how much.

I guess all that is forgotten.

People can’t say they weren’t warned when those 10 million shares hit the market.

And once Forw gets its money after the sale they can go and exercise another 10-20 million…and that dilution circle can go on for some time.
