I'll tell you what, integrity will go a long way with me. My policy is to always go in keeping my eyes open.

I have mixed emotions about some of the statements that have been made.

The CEO Jim Vowler didn't seem to know that there is a $1.00 requirement to be on the bulletin boards. I realize he is busy and has bigger fish to fry but then he shouldn't comment on something unless he is sure. And if you listen to past CC's he was not talking about NASDAQ.

If you pay close attention to your question in regards to how many stores were actualy opened (last weeks CC) I don't think he ever answered you. He commented about closing Unique Pizza Factory stores because they were not up to standard but I don't recall a clear answer.

As I stated before I contacted Mike Bongiovanni of Green Tree Financial. I beieve his people were supposed to be doing the audit for UPZS. He told me that an audit should not take more than two to three weeks for a company like UPZS. I might have misunderstood today but did Tom not say they hadn't finalized who was going to do the audit? I asked today if the audit was tied to the merger and Tom said no. So I don't know what the hold up is in this situation.

And of course they have been off in their opening dates but that is probably to be expected. It is IMHO that they shouldn't make comments unless they can be sure to keep their word

On the other hand....

I have met many of the people associated with UPZS when they were out here for NASCAR and they all seem like up front honest people. They were all very approachable including Jim Vowler.

This is a real company with a real plan.

I have a very close friend who has tried a lot UPZS menu items and he says the food is excellent. He and a few other people I know have a lot of $$$$$$$ tied up in UPZS stock.

The fact that Bob Fidler is invloved with UPZS says volumes about UPZS. If you are not aware of his reputation do a search on Google.

I have held my shares a long time and wil continue to hold. But I will also keep my eyes open.
