My goodness, at long last I have found someone I can talk with. This buying managements' outlook hook line and sinker really bothers me. Not so much on this board but some of them. Can't even ask a question if it isn't positive. And the pumping going on! People are gonna get hurt in some of the stocks.

Anyway, my total experience with Unique has been very good. I am working on being at the opening in Mooresville to meet them all. Perhaps I can get us some good insight there. I have a fairly large position now but would add to it if things look right. There is real potential here, IMO. My average cost is $.173.

I will be checking with a broker today, but I do not think the one dollar is a requirement to be listed on the Bulletin Board. Audited financials are. And to stay listed they must be filed within 30 days of the period ending unless and extention is requested. Some companies were bumped from the Bulletin Board because of the hurricane last year.

I heard Jim say that one of these companies FOUND THEM and auditor and that something should be happening soon. I believe he followed that comment by saying the company who recommended this company commented that they BETTER (paraphrased) start soon. The audit depends on the merger happening because that data will come into the main company if in fact it happens
