After talking with Tom Dugica today, we may go while all the UPZS folks are there for the opening. My wife and I had planned to go up on Saturday and just see the store and meet Ken Kroemer, the franchisee. We will just have to see. You heard Tom tell me he would call when they planned to be there.

I just want to see one of the stores and eat the pizza to help make my decision. If they have "plenty" of money as Tom said today, then they should be able to make this thing go and do well. As you probably, know a major cause of new startup failures is the lack of funds.

We sure need to see those audited financial reports ASAP.
