QBS.... QS, It is disturbing that you know so little, but post so boldly! First, if NDSU had the rights to produce the compound, then how can CRTG pretend that the CHS is theirs? To Produce a product, then license it out means they are either holding the patent for the Inventor of others, or have patented the CHS and production methods by themselves? They licensed the CHS, so that had to come from some Licensor, or some distributor, meaning CRTG is the originator of nothing, so far that is?

By the way, you seem not able to see the handwriting on the wall. or you would have vamoosed this Co' a while back!

You don't think that products have a patent lifetime, well I'll give you just one example of quite a few! The Company Multicell Biopharmas lay dormant for a few years, maybe due to the very old CEO who ran it! At least 2 Companies obtained a number of Medicinal products of MCETs and never looked back? How and why I don't know, but they did it! There is a reason behind the 14-17 year agreement with the USPTO!
