Presentation with TLD or a Presentation at a later date?

Hey all. I'm new here. Just bought a few thousand shares in the last two weeks.

I'm not one to usually post on message boards, but NWBO's Ihub board seemed more active and well informed than 99% of the boards you will see out there. I hope no one takes this personal, but I'm extremely skeptical of what is posted to message boards outside of the usual link to some governmental agency, company pr or social media related to said company. Typically people that constantly post on message boards have a financial incentive to post their info to slant one way or another and therefore might take some liberties with their posting. A very very very small percentage of posters give objective analysis based off their real world experience and dd without any liberties when posting their thoughts. Again, I've only followed this board for a few weeks, but I'm partial towards a poster like Lyrki (spelling?) who typically posts links to governmental websites and offers less of his own personal opinions.

Which brings me to the reason for my posts. The potential presentation at SNO. There is a large drumbeat on these forums that if NWBO doesn't present at the Society for Neuro-Oncology (SNO) the data is somehow bad, the management is poor, the management doesn't know what they are doing if the release of the TLD doesn't coincide with a presentation at a major conference, etc. It is setting up a BIG LET DOWN and giving bears ammo for more forum fodder/spam.

What has the company said in PR regarding these conferences?

May 12, 2021 press release: "...in preparation for public announcement and scientific publication."

October 5, 2020 press release: "...in preparation for public announcement and scientific publication."

I've only been reading about NWBO the last 2 weeks, but is there any other public statement from the company or leadership referencing a conference with the release of TLD? The wording used here is "public announcement". This does not seem to indicate a major relevant conference. This language is consistent with a few of the other biotechs I've invested in where 'public announcement' amounts to an after market press release that states 'TLD announced in conference call tomorrow' and then you will have a very short presentation by company officials of TLD followed by presentations at conferences over the next few months.

Does the SNO presentation make sense as a "late breaking abstract"?

Here is the link where I'm about to posts relevant information from: https://www.eventscribe.net/2021/SNO/aaStatic.asp?SFP=UlZETEhGWUJANzQzMEBMYXRlIEJyZWFraW5nIEFic3RyYWN0IEd1aWRlbGluZXM

A big point by people that are pushing the SNO presentation is the prestige it brings in presenting the transformative results NWBO has to offer and it acts as a crowning moment. I'd like to point out these statements on SNO's website for late breaking abstracts that would seem to diminish the importance of these abstracts as 'crowning moments':

- Late-Breaking abstracts will be considered for oral presentation
only.
- Late-Breaking abstracts accepted for oral presentation will not
be included in the regular abstract supplement to Neuro-Oncology,
and will be published electronically.
- Late-Breaking abstracts not accepted for presentation will not be
considered for any type of presentation format (poster, poster
discussion or oral) and will not be part of the annual meeting
program.
- Late-Breaking abstracts will not be considered for awards.

As far as the deadlines for being accepted to present as a late breaking abstract:

- Submit an abstract, including the objectives and methods but
excluding the results and conclusions of the research, by the
submission deadline of May 24, 2021. Include any information that
supports the potential for late-breaking impact, and the date of
planned analysis for the abstract.
- Submit a final Late-Breaking abstract (with updated data) by
September 3, 2021. If an updated abstract is not submitted by
that date, the abstract will be automatically rejected.
- Authors will be notified within two weeks of the September 3rd
deadline if their abstract has been accepted for presentation.
- The embargo for accepted Late-Breaking abstracts will lift at
7:00 AM (EST) on the first day of the scientific meeting, Friday,
November 19, 2021. These abstracts will be made available at:
https://academic.oup.com/neuro-oncology.

So, NWBO would have had to know by September 17th if their abstract was accepted or rejected, but because of the embargo on public disclosure, the public won't know until November 19th if NWBO is presenting at SNO or not.

Thoughts

What I've seen in the few biotechs I've invested is immediate release of TLD (when available, which often takes a LONG time), followed by conferences and publications and then at a much later date the full release of all data. I've never seen TLD delayed by potentially months to line up a conference to perfectly coincide with TLD and publication.

What I want to know from some of you posters that are much more knowledgeable than myself, is there any additional data, press releases, social media, parallels with other companies, etc. that point towards TLD, publication and SNO conference all lining up?

I'm looking for hard information and links to back it up. I'm sure some of you are telling the truth, but my extremely skeptical side doesn't give weight to the poster that beats his/her own chest saying 'I have experience, this is how it is done, etc.' I like to be given specific names of companies if you want to draw parallels as to how it is done. I want to see any indication from management stating the connection of TLD, publication, conference whether social media, press release, etc.

I don't want to be let down here, and from my quick research, I'm not seeing anything to believe we will hear about a SNO presentation on the 19th of this month.

tldr: Gimme info that supports TLD with publication and SNO, i.e. links to information instead of personal opinions.

To any responses, thanks in advance for the info.

Sorry, super long post for my first post, but I'm excited for NWBO! Great board and to all the posters that have been here for years, that is impressive! I admire the patience.
