hardlesson... I also believe the news Mr. Morgan was referring to is related to the "attorneys meeting about merger" tweet and it was delayed.

Yes it would have been nice for him to tweet an update but the reality is he has made it perfectly clear his one and only goal is to find a merger company for the CUBV shell. I believe that 100% and shareholders that are here for the lithium company merger, and not a flip, should believe it as well.
