I never looked at it as GM giving us the "fins."
(Although I'm glad he did, and bolsters our chances of staying Current)

I looked at it as him giving us news on the "Satisfied Judgement."

I'm not sure if it's "THE" news that George was planning to give us last week...since he mentioned that the "Attorneys" were having a meeting awhile back and he must have known the "news" we were expecting was a result of that Attorneys meeting between the 2 merging companies. IMO.

So, my opinion, is the news of merger got delayed, and is forthcoming.

Yes, cleaning up the shell is awesome too!

Especially since I haven't heard anyone on this forum talking about this hanging judgement for a few months. Now it's gone, and as you and another poster mentioned, it puts the shell in an even more desirable position.
