For the last several weeks, there has been a number of posts expressing concerns that the competition is catching Northwest especially in the area of mRNA. In an effort to alleviate some of the concerns, I would suggest that people reread the latest patent granted Northwest. The breadth and width of that patent is very expansive and makes it very difficult for our competition to advantage their companies to our technologies.

Additionally, all the "hype" regarding mRNA vaccines can be unsettling for Northwest shareholders, but needn't be. I always try to look at the market for a company's product. In the case of Northwest, the company is patent protected on the best known treatment/cure for GBM and other large tumor cancers in the world today. Northwest's personalized vaccine provides the individual/unique antigen picture that greatly enhances the effectiveness by eliminating the "error field" associated with the uniqueness of each GBM and guaranteeing that the antigens present on that tumor will be highlighted in the dendritic education process. The mRNA process will use all the data available on all cancer tumors for the development of the general software program, but that program is not individually unique. We all realize that the cancer viruses mutate and unless individually investigated, the mRNA might or probably will miss one or two antigens during software design.

So let's say you walk into the doctors office and are given a treatment choice between a process that absolutely identifies your antigen group or one that can get fairly close but might miss a few. Which one would you choose ??? I don't think that many cancer patients are looking for the "discount department store" to buy their cancer treatment !! Ultimately, even with hundreds of competitors in the mRNA space, the CERTAINTY OF THE PERSONALIZED VACCINE is THE MARKET !!!!!!
