I still don't see where Carter has thrown shareholders a bone - doesn't look there were billions in a settlement.

Let me know when shareholders have been paid. LOLOL!

Carter screwed over shareholders just as I first stated - but the shareholder refrain was - if Chanbond wins everyone wins.
