Did you predict the settlement?



Tony, I can help with the answer to your question. There were some serious DD as to why UOIP settlement would not happen. I don't remember all of the great DD on the why part but the one that was obvious was that District judges hate patent trolls and that is why the settlement is not gonna happen.

BUT the best proof was a 10/10 post about how CATC was going to invalidate the UOIP patents which would made the UOIP case void... subsequently.

It seems there is no hope for a UOIP settlement.
