Highwayman4life: Yeah, I'm planning the 30/70% route too. You're right about the 1000 cuts. It was originally 1000, but then LP expanded it to unlimited cuts, all out of love, I'm sure. And to think, 11 years ago as my oldest daughter was coming on college age, I invested in NWBO expecting/hoping to make some cash for 4 years of college (Turned out to be Brown for one and Vassar for the other) They've both graduated (Magna Cum Laude), and here I sit hanging on every penny move, up or down. I wonder how a dumb guy like me had such smart kids! They're my treasure. A payoff from NWBO would be icing on the cake.
