Savov.. is basically a BC .. Bulgarian Crook .. If you have not lived , or spent time in these type of Countries (Ukraine, Moldovia,Slovakia, Bulgaria) they you would know this is a type of "culture" of trying to cheat some out of something.

It truly is unfortunate as these countries have beautiful areas , but centuries of this type of corruption which is normal for them.

In the case of Dimitar Savov , he is also a (loosely said) a politician that Harry Z thought could pull some strings way back when.

They will get rid of him either legally or the European way , just a matter of time and this is not a US citizen we are talking about here so look to not have a long drawn out court issue. D. Savov is looking for a payoff , plain and simple , which in reality Harry could do out of what he has and the Zhabilov Trust if it came down to it .

Do not mix how US does court cases between two parties here, this is an entirely different ball game that will be over in Nine Innings .. it is the bottom of the Eighth Now ... and ENZC is the Home team and ahead.
