This is the part I'm not sure about:

61. Specifically, on or about July 20, 2021, Savov, without justification, sent an email to Creative Biolabs stating that Enzolytics was a “hollow company,” stating that “all patents of Harry Zhabilov [one of the founders of Enzolytics]” are the property of IMMB BG and Savov.

If that's from an email Savov sent to ENZC partners it's evidence for ENZC's claim of tortious interference. If that's part of Savov's actual defense as well then it sounds like a patent ownership dispute.

What happens then? Is ENZC stuck unable to move forward with ITV-1 because it's legally in dispute who owns it? (and/or the exclusive distribution rights) Can the court make a preemptive judgement to let ENZC continue profiting from ITV-1 since Harry's name is on the patent while they sort out ownership challenges? Can Savov's defense produce an older contract that Harry breached before taking ITV-1 to ENZC? Didn't ENZC do its own enhancements to ITV-1 after they got ahold of it, independently from the work already done by IMMB BG, and how does that IP factor in?

I don't know how that all untangles but it seems really messy.
