That date wasn’t going to be a trial. If this progressed through to a trial that would have been 2-3 years down the road. Maybe there is an attorney that follows this board that could explain the process to you better but it isn’t like you just show up on day one and judge wapner calls the jury in. The court would do everything it could to facilitate a settlement, these things always settle.
