Trial date was set for Dec 2020 and then postponed due to Covid and rescheduled for Oct 28th. There was a pre trial date of Oct 8th, iirc.

You have no clue what the judge would have done. The focus of the case might have been one that the judge wanted to hear because she thought the plaintiff had a case. We will never know but we do know that the payment of 800K is evidence that Koos knew he was on the hook for the cost of the tests.
