Kiwi, ISKB, I believe the infringment lawsuit is solid. I also accept the opinion of Marjac, Alm, and North about the strength of Marjac's suit. To me this discussion is purely for the sake of discussion. Kiwi, I can see where Amarin could be seen as liable if they choose not to supply the united states with an important drug. CVD patients would suffer. They are an Irish company. None of the suppliers of API are based in the US. Does the US court have jurisdiction over a foreign company if they are not doing business in the US?
This is not a loaded. I don't know the answer.
