Can the generics supply the existing CAD market if AMRN vacates it .

If not … is AMRN then liable for the increased death and strokes incurred by their actions …if they vacate this market simply because they aren’t making a profit in the way they currently structure the Co

If we accept that Vascepa is reducing the risk of heart attacks and strokes for those currently taking it …. Then the company denying access to this drug by refusing to supply this medicine from its existing supply contracts becomes IMHO liable .

Let the infringement case play out . AMRN has a strong position . Alm and North ( both attorneys ) believe Marjac ‘s case is sound .

AMRN , the generics and the CAD patients using V to reduce their risk of an MI or stroke
