I just got off the phone with INQD's Transfer Agent. I asked him if he could give me an update on the Outstanding Share Structure and he could not give that information to anyone outside the list he had on file. However, he did answer my questions, please see below.

Q: How can I get the most Current and Accurate Share Structure?
A: You can go to the OTC Markets Site and they will have it because we send it over on a weekly basis.

Q: Is there any delay in your reported SS to the OTC, in other words was Monday September 13th the exact SS you had as of that morning or was it a couple days old?
A: It was what we had on file as of Monday September 13th, 2021.

Q: Are you sure that is accurate?
A: Very sure.

Now we know the cause of the 50% drop in pps was not a Note Holder selling, however we will have another accurate SS on Monday to see what has transpired this week.

We will also know if it's been heavily shorted when FINRA releases the Updated Short List on the 24th.

My Best Guess is someone want's to acumulate a large position at a lower pps. It is most likely being heavily shorted for multiple reasons. We also know the Company is on track with their plans, since Leslie Bocskor did say he will give us an update when he is at liberty to do so. We know there is an update coming very soon, otherwise the Company would not have gone through all the trouble and expense to bring $INQD SEC Compliant.
