Yeah but the otc markets don’t even match the 10q report currently. Off a bit. I bet it is updated when noteholders close out of positions. It makes zero sense for any insider or options to cash out on a declining vwap. I am betting it is the 35 million shares noted as convertibles in the 10q. I would also bet mostly exhausted now and price will recover swiftly back into the .02’s probably starting tomorrow.
