That “hype” was for being prepared for nGBM only with artisan manufacturing techniques. Being prepared to be SOC in multiple jurisdictions with rGBM to boot and an expectation for off label use kind of set them up to be behind schedule and being in the dark about being able to change endpoints and include rGBM all this time kept them behind schedule and you really don’t understand this?; ).
