No they [I assume you mean NVCR] wouldn’t wait because manufacturing has already been worked out. NWBO on the other hand needed to find a way where there was no way prior and then they had to get a bunch of other folks to sign off.


But what was all the hype about 5 years ago here on the progress on being ready for manufacturing? Was that not real?
