Who owns itv1 is not in question.. we own it. Immb was going to license it out I believe and for that we were to get 49% of their company but Charles said eff this earlier this year. We axed the deal with immb and secured new partners in Bulgaria who are fully funding clinical trials. He just wants the 72 million shares back before dumbitard tries to sell all of them and he wants the to be consequences for the Bulgarian spreading lies and false info in an attempt to hurt the company... somebody correct me if I'm wrong please
