They don’t have to sell any of the preferred shares to pay down the debt. If people would do some actual forensic financial analysis then one will see that the restricted shares were at 276m on 7/30 and they now stand at 31m. Koos only had 2.5m commons (restricted). So the company just made about $10m via those shares. In my opinion the next step is paying off the debt. They have alluded to it in the latest 8k.

Plus, there haven’t been any conversions Monday to Wednesday, when we have a bunch of volume. Telling. If I were the debt holders I would be calling in shares. Yet no are converting. Hmmmmmmm

I don’t think people get it but that is fine.
