imo dino lilac will follow a higher standard by doing an 8k and keep it that way going forward. imo also lilac because of the angel investors will strive for more than otcqb they'll be going for otcqx and beyond.

those angel investors are expecting much more than Alternative Reporting imo.

the reason for going to the public markets IS FUNDING and for that to be on good terms their standards will need to be high.
