Bottom line the deal is not done until they officially announce it, by both LILAC and CUBV in form of a press release and when they do that, no matter where the price is, it will jump 500-700% in one day alone, that is how big LILAC is, not potentially be, but are that big, this stock will dwarf TESORO single handedly in less than 2 weeks time, barring in mind when the actual merger closes.
