CUBV didn't just float out an article of LILAC in a Tweet, this time was a whole lot different then the last few times, this time it was the website, previous times, it was just LILAC articles, Salton Sea articles, CTR articles, which were rumors at the time. So lets ask this question why no articles on this last Tweet, why website? Could it be that this is LILAC house now? I think he found out the deal was done before noon time in California thus the Tweet, but yes they need something in writing, press release or some filings.
