i'm sure they are coming but no details like that were given or asked for because he can't answer. the lawyer was hired to finalize so i wouldn't expect it to take long. ceo morgan did not tweet lilac without permission believe that. if lilac wants to be known the deal is locked. imo the securities lawyer is writing up the 8k and the share exchange it's what he is there for.

what can the ceo really tell you but thank you for the kind words and negotiations are ongoing. all i wanted to know was the lilac tweet from him? YES IT WAS!!!
