Why does virtually every public company with material trial results disclose them when they have the data?

You are once again deliberately misinterpreting how the disclosing of material trial results work. Or and you have a lack of understanding of SEC regulations. There is no SEC rule mandating NWBO to disclose DCVAX L trial results when these trials are in such shape that they can bring Northwest approval for DCVAX L. If anything the silences, however frustrating for us longs, only confirms the positive results. If the results would not bring approval then that would be material. There is an FDA rule stipulation that trial results must be disclosed 1 year after the primary completion date which I believe has already come to pass. That FDA rule is currently not being adhered to by NWBO, I agree with that. But no SEC rule is being violated by NWBO

Funny how you deliberately switch the two in an effort to confuse others. First, you claim that a negative trial result would not mandate an immediate, within 4 working days, disclosure by NWBO. This, in an effort to keep others confused if perhaps the trial did not succeed and NWBO is keeping silent about it.

And now you claim Northwest is withholding positive trial results where they are mandated to disclose positive trial results so that must be fishy. Masterly manipulative I must say.
