Ok, so here is a posit for you.

You are Healthnet and your choices are

1) Continue with the trial

If you continue with the trial and lose, not only is your business now living under the future use of this ruling against you, but the entire health insurance industry will be in this shadow as well.

2) Settle with AMRN

If AMRN proposes settlement terms as I described "You Healthnet will redefine your Tier structure to put us and any generic on the same level" AND you will testify against Hikma as to the statistical data you have with regards to the actual usage of the prescribed products as they pertain to the Marine or Reduce-it indication.

Granted Healthnet may not like it, but isn't option 2, as stated, the better one for them? Especially if AMRN says take it or leave it.
