I don't think Health Net would become the equivalent of a cooperating witness against Hikma under any settlement scenario. Not in a million years. It deals with the generics with too many other drugs.

But it was clear that the magistrate judge kind of understood the injustice that Amarin was pointing out and the fact that generics use a skinny label to essentially take the entire market of a company's brand drug, regardless of how skinny the "skinny label" actually is.
