BBI, I understand your perspective but I disagree. I do think it would be in the best interest of HN to settle. I don't think it's in the best interest of Amarin. Changing the formulary of one insurance company doesn't solve the problem. A ruling that forces industry wide change would be very beneficial to Amarin. I think a settlement with Hikma would directly benefit Amarin. It would remove competition from the market. I think HN wants out of this and will do whatever they can to get out.
Just my opinion.
