Agree, SCOTUS intentionally played with some wordings and overly interpreted them. They used the "or the Agency" to say that FHFA can ignore the benefits of the GSEs. So, they endorsed the Conservator looting the Conservatee. They self-added that "and Agency, by extension, the public it serves". This is never true. Truth is all entities and their management have their own goals, while serving the public.

Not sure they are out of good intention (and who knows ?), but they betrays the responsibility of SCOTUS and the US Constitutions.
