Yes, they state clearly that part of it was incorrect. And then right after that they state that ACRL failed to file other disclosures, in other years.. and they list those violations (2019 etc).

They changed the name to “Variation,” because it says very clearly in the last paragraph (Decision 6) that they are retracting statements of old for being incorrect, but are adding new violations. It’s a noticed that includes a “variety” of line items, and new violations.

Then, the icing on the cake: read the last line. It says
