He is not my advisor, I met him at a meeting in NY during Private Equity discussions. He works for a large firm and I just forwarded your message to him. The other thing he said and I don’t quite understand it is this. A acquisition company named https://www.arm.com/ is interested in Photonic based companies and would believe that LW would fall under that target. He wasn’t saying if it was or wasn’t and can’t. However getting a call out of the blue on this was odd
