X - You may have missed the post I made a couple weeks ago (link below) on this topic.

Now that we've hit a close above $4 for more than 5 days I may be wrong on the timing of the Nasdaq Uplist, we may be there sooner and in a different manner than I thought. I need to dig into the actual wording a little more and not just the quickie brochure.

FWIW, I took a hard look at the requirements and this is what I came up with from a layman's perspective.

I have heard from a few reliable sources that the Nasdaq regulators reserve some latitude to make subjective calls, so the black and white of the rules do have a little gray. But, that's not unexpected.
