I think that these early morning dumps may be attributable to the shorts and a large buyer shaking the tree early to take out the stop losses and fill the required shares in a decent price range also may be LPC because it establishes a low for day resulting in a better price for the next days LPC purchase (if there is one.) Now At 7 Bucks LPC only has 70k max shares per day because that hits the $50k ceiling which is bad for the old short game.

I like how it gives the stock time to recover, as quick as I type this they will change it up.

Now that we've hit a close above $4 for more than 5 days I may be wrong on the timing of the Nasdaq Uplist, we may be there sooner and in a different manner than I thought. I need to dig into the actual wording a little more and not just the quickie brochure.
