Apple will never use the trademark.

It is APPLE which people buy, NOT LQMT.

This is exactly why APPLE removed any requirement that they use the LQMT tradedress in the MTA.

Go read it. Nothing makes APPLE obligated to use the trade dress.

They never used it on the paper clip SIM CARD detente tool.

Short memories do not change history.
