...there is the weak spot IMO, for some Institutions with heavy holdings taking the fast buck.

Currently, institutions hold 26.73%. Without a substantial percentage of retail shareholders losing faith and rebelling against management, which I think is extremely unlikely, a hostile takeover attempt would be extremely expensive, especially with our anti-takeover provisions. Since most hostile takeover attempts fail, I think it is unlikely anyone will try.

I expect Skarpelos and Missling to remain in charge, and I won't sell anything as I wait for eventual dividend payments from Anavex. Once we're above ~$5B in market cap and Interactive Brokers starts allowing some margin against it, I may borrow cash (currently 1.6% to 0.75% interest rate) between then and the start of dividends.
