I beg to differ and have a different opinion. The 197 additional shares to Outstanding shares over the last year. Shows me diffrent

The declining revenue the last two quarters going to be 3 when these fins come out. Trend is going the opposite way. Then when Pr's and 8k are not working and to expensive to PCTL.

They go to Tweeter for the results of OIL testing... Great news and no PR, 8k. Just tweets and weaksauce power point.
