MS was given a salary AND a stock position.
Certainly she must have inside knowledge that the company can pay its bills as her salary is one of those bills

Didn't she wear the CFO hat at one time?

Ask yourself, IF the Company was going to sell shares to raise cash, wouldn't it be in the Companies best interest to pump the price, then sell shares??

Point being that PCTL is NOT out there pumping.
