The 197 shares, (I assume you meant million) were almost exclusively used to settle other debt that would have caused the OS to exceed the AS.

I'll concede we need a 10Q to break the log jam of information from PCTL that should cause the SP to appreciate.

In as much as close of Q2 is fast approaching the 10Q Q1 is becoming irrelevant. IMO

For many companies 2020 was a year of fits and stops.
