Before the trial began, I said that our attorneys stick to the facts, truth would win.
Secondly, some folks suggested us call the TA or brokerage firms, for what
may I ask? It just a bunch of nonsense, now the case was settled let the process it play out, right?
Short seller in UDFI case was a Dallas Hedge Fund Firm, Bass. His ass will get burned badly, I can feel it.
