Good post. I have always believed that common sense, and the rule of law will prevail in our case. The common sense part is that it is evident that we will win something based on the trial stoppage, and it is less difficult to pay everyone than not to. The rule of law comes squarely down on protection of shareholder rights here, and any attempt to circumvent that will fail in the end. IMO.
