BMEL I expect more from you. First off this is the wrong dep't that is causing delay. CDFW not CDFA.
Also if you do your homework the permit LVVV is trying to get requires 4 additional adult use permits in place which I believe they already have. If you look at the type of permits being approved they are all the small adult use permits required to get the CA cultivation permit for large growth.
Just sayin...
In the end still no permit, no growth this season unless he's waiting to harvest xmas sensamilla!
